Gordon Nelson is the owner of this business. I have been using him for 13 years and I have recommended him to maybe 25 people over the years. He is absolutely perfect. He is extremely punctual; he calls the day before every visit to make sure the time is appropriate. I couldn’t say enough about him; he is perfect in every category and his knowledge is far superior to any of the other competitors around. I have sent him to people who had already spent a lot of money with other pest places.

THE WORKERS ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. THEY ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE ON THEIR FACE AND DO A QUALITY JOB. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH PESTS SINCE THEY HAD STARTED COMING OUT TO MY HOME.

THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP ON THE DATE AND TIME THAT WE HAD SET UP. THE REASON WHY I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN IS BECAUSE I LEARNED THAT I CAN DO IT MYSELF CHEAPER THAN WHAT THEY CHARGED.
