Jason arrived early and got the maintenance all done within 25 minutes. He did replace the keypad, which had "died" after almost 20 years of use. He was professional, personable and efficient. Setting up the appointment was easily done as well. Sandy called the day before to let me know when Jason would be coming. Jason arrived within 20 minutes of the 2-hour window. They also give a senior discount! I will call them for any garage door issue, due to their prompt response and great work.

The order date for the service was on 8/26 and we scheduled the appointment for 8/31 between 1-3:00 pm. The service person (Joel) was on time, extremely pleasant and professional. Informed me of what he was doing as he went. I was very pleased with this young man and the service. I would definitely use Nationserve of Tucson again.

He did the garage door checkup, re-aligned lasers, replaced rollers, it is working in tip top condition. Great job! We would use this business again if required and would recommend them as well.

I called early morning to see when someone could come out to discover why our electric garage door was not working. Caesar answered the phone; asked what the issue was; when was a good time to come out. After telling him ASAP, he promised to call me back later in the day to let me know exactly the 2-hour window when someone would be coming out. He did and said someone would come out between 8 a.m and 10 a.m. tomorrow morning.
Yoel C arrived promptly the next morning. I explained what I'd seen (the electrical spark in the overhead opener). Yoel first diagnosed the problem (a blown out board), replaced it and then went to the wall button to reprogram it. He discovered a problem with the wall button and ended up replacing it as well. Since the entire system was still under warranty, I didn't have the cost of parts, just the labor involved. He also reprogrammed our individual openers; and explained how to reprogram/clear/operate the entire system. During the entire process, he was courteous, professional and efficient. He took the Angie's List coupon, which saved me 20% on the labor cost.
With employees like Caesar and Yoel, I highly recommend this company to all who want to deal with reputable, honest garage door companies.

It would have been cheaper if I would have gone directly to provider rather than through angie's list.

Purchased an Angie's List deal. Company let me switch for equivalent service which was awesome. Dave was on time, nice, very knowledgeable did the work quickly and competently and even troubleshooted an issue I wasn't aware of that could have ruined the whole door!
Will use the company again for a rental we own with a non-angies list deal. Will up-date the review again after that but so far this company rocks!
Okay need to up-date. Was really hard to get service scheduled for rental. Called office twice then had to request a call back on Angie's List. After tech was finished (and he did a great job at a reasonable price) got a call that he was finished and needed payment. No problem, "can I call you in 20 minutes when I get home" sure. Get another call telling me he can't leave till I pay, okay I pull off the highway and call the office and pay. I say well I guess the guy can leave and hear "no he already left". I request an invoice (this is a rental so I need the receipts) and was told that that would take more time. After a week I call again and ask, sure I'll e-mail it right over. E-mailed me a blank invoice. Responded with can you try again - haven't heard anything.
Dave was awesome the the tech did a great job and I would hire them again but they should fine tune their customer service the office is ruining the experience.
