Smoothly, and timely

I needed it done quickly, and Lloyd gave me a good price and even better scheduling to get it done. He always answered the phone, and did the job quickly and thoroughly. Later, I realized my shower was clogged (a separate issue), and he came by when he could and did not leave until it was fixed. I greatly appreciate his prompt attention, and knowledgeable expertise.

Owner came next morning after our call. He determined that the stubborn shower clog was a result of an improperly installed plumbing and quot;Yand quot; and knew just how to get to the vent pipe in our wall and clear out the clogged and quot;Yand quot;. He recommended the homeowner install a cleanout and quot;Yand quot; in the vent line to facilitate future drain clearing. He took a little over an hour to analyze the problem and correct it. He was recommended by our neighbor and we would use his services again and would also recommend him.

Larry is very honest and reliable. He would be able to do the work within a day or so. He and his wife run the business, and they were referred to me by another plumber.

It took a while to get it scheduled initially, tended to run a little late, didn't clean up area, but overall adequate work.
