Also referred to as "Larry's Glass". I called at 9 AM, got an estimate, Larry visited to take measurements within 30 min, and the window was installed by 3:30. Nice job, professional, and the price was a little below other estimates. Very satisfied.

Double pane window needed glass replaced. Window is about 20 years old. When they replaced the glass they used the old molding. Shoddy workmanship. In addition, the owner forwards the office calls to his cell phone and does not return calls when he says he will. It took 4 calls before I finally was able to talk to him.

After a missed appointment last week (which I wrote about in a previous review), I decided to give Miraco another chance. Larry, the owner, was appreciative of my second phone call and said that he didn't have my phone number. Well, I did give it to him the first time, but apparently, he was not able to find it. At any rate, with this call, he immediately sent his men to measure the windows that day and they returned to install the glass about 3 business days later. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. We are very pleased and would certainly use Miraco again.

The total experience was extremely customer friendly. The technician, Joshua, arrived to give the estimate right at the appointment time. He was knowledgeable, professional and helpful in explaining the problem while giving us a reasonable estimate. When the work was scheduled, it was Joshua who came to complete the window replacement. Joshua is a role model for other service companies...that being, a professional, friendly, expert in his field. We will call Miraco for any of our glass replacement needs.

The process was text book, start to finish.

Excellent experience with Larry Miramontez and his staff. We were provided with timely quote as requested. I then visited Miraco shop to see operation, which was very professional. Important suggestions were made by Larry regarding options that were available, he then revisited our house to double check measurements and dates were set for installation. Staff that installed windows were neat, left no residue, polite and professional craftsmen. Project was finished on schedule and to estimated cost. Results are excellent. New windows are much more attractive and very efficient. During cold weather we lower heat in house and return house temperature to 68F in morning. House has averaged 4 degrees less temperature drop during cold evenings. Windows have also reduced outside traffic noise.

Called company on a Monday morning; the repair person was at my house within 1/2 hour and had repairs completed within one hour of arrival.

They showed up when they were supposed to and did the job as described. I was very happy with Miraco.

I spoke directly with the owner, Larry, the first time I called. He stated that he does not normally install windows from other companies since there is a risk they will not fit. I asked if he would tell me if an estimate I received from another company was fair. He told me it was pretty high. After asking a few more questions, he agreed to do the work for $300 less. The staff was an hour late on the day the work was scheduled but they called to let us know and asked if it was okay. We are very happy with the work.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME IN AND TOOK THE OLD ONES OUT AND PUT THE NEW ONES IN WITHIN A VERY TIMELY MATTER. THEY ALSO MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP ALL OF THEIR MESS.
