The most recent issue required two visits because the car refused to act up the first time (not starting and more) so when it did it again they asked me to have the car towed in and were then able to pinpoint the issue. Thankfully the cause was at the lower end of the cost spectrum.
Each time I have been ferried to and from I have had the most delightful chats with their receptionist/all arounder.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable with clear communications. AAA discounts, surveys post service, maintenance and service packages and even a weekly email joke (if you want) show they know how to stay in touch and do follow up marketing.
It would be nice if it had cost less but that's just and quot;If wishes were horses.and quot;

They replaced it with a standard factory replacement pump. The pump stopped working after 1 month. They tested it, and found it was a bad pump. They called the supply house, quickly got another pump (a different brand) and installed it at no charge. They were great about standing behind their work and reputation.

I was referred to them by a woman that I volunteer with which is why I got a free oil change. The lock on my vehicle is working properly now and I would recommend them to use regularly.
