Originally, I left a voice message explaining I had a minor algae problem and  needed someone to come out before it got out of control.  He called back almost imediately and  promised to come out early next day, which he did.  He looked over the pool,  made a major push for weekly cleaning and chemical service.  When I said I was not interested in weekly service he seemed to lose interest.  

When he finished, he said he scrubbed down the pool and spa, cleaned the fliters,  added chemicals.  He said he would send someone out in the next 24/36 hours to make sure algae gone and add more chemicals if needed.  Before the 24 hours were up,  I could see signs of algae coming back and left message with no return call back.  By 48 hours it was just as bad as before he came out,  called him again.... no return call back.    By the 3rd day and numberous voice messages left for him and  no return calls, I decided to scrub the pool down myself add chemicals and reclean the filters.

A neighbor came over to show me how to open the pump and clean the filters.  As he began,  he pointed out things to me saying "look at this,  this man never opened this pump up"!   As we pull the filters, it was obviously by the amount of grim,  the filters had never been cleaned! 

When calling the company, I was never able to speak to a live person,  always went to voice mail!  I have never received a call back!
