I called Mike after Rite Way gave me a bid of $2400 to replace all under-house a/c plumbing.  Rite-Way explained this was the reason every year Freon had to be added to my A/C units.  Mike came out the next day.  I had explained to him the diagnosis given by Rite-Way so expected him to just give me a bid on replacing the a/c plumbing.  Instead he spent the next week investigating, making several visits to my house to troubleshoot and repeated calls to Amana's technical service line.  For my North unit, it turns out that some A/C company along the way installed the wrong valve and was causing pressure reading errors and the unit was overcharged with Freon.  Mike just saved me $2400 by being so thorough.  I have never experienced an HVAC company willing to take the time to figure out the problem.  I had Hamstra the week before tell me they couldn't find the leak but I was low on Freon so they charged me $300 to fill the unit up.  Trust me as someone who has used all the companies over my six years that you can't go wrong with Mike.  He is honest and knowledgeable.
