Michael responded quickly to my distress call and was at my home within the hour. He was thourough in his troubleshooting and when the problem was found to be with the modem supplied by my ISP, he spoke with their tech over the phone so as to save me from following their instructions. Such as, "Have you tried turning off the modem for ten seconds?". Michael was able to correct the access issues before he left, and only charged for the amount of time he felt was productive. He asked me to call him after the modem would be replaced so he could help with any problems that might come up. The next day, when the ISP tech replaced the modem, I lost connectivity again. The tech was dismissive of the fact that he had only further broke the problem and said I wouldn't be charged for the repair or the replacement modem. Michael was outraged and came right over to fix it. He brought a replacement chip and delt with the problem swiftly. Now everything works just fine and I haven't had any more problems. I am thankful that Michael was so quick to correct the problem and that he was so considerate of the situation.
