Impressed by attention to detail and price. Much better than the regional car wash chain competition.

Excellent service and results.

This outfit is fast, efficient, very good at service. Their pricing is high I think, but they have lots of promotions and deals that are available: weekly specials, daily specials, groupons, etc.

The staff was and quot;Johnny on the spotand quot; when I drove in and were very nice and courtious.I told them what I wanted and they went to work immediately. The wash and vacuuming were done in 15 minutes. My car was then pulled around to the wax area and a young lady quickly moved in to continue the process. 10 minutes later she came up to me and said my car was ready to go. In 10 minutes she wiped down the interior, cleaned all the windows, treated the tires, and did a full exterior and quot;handand quot; wax job. Since their ad says to allow an hour for the wax job I was surprised when everything was done in just 10 minutes. I asked her about it and she said she had waxed the car as asked then took my receipt and walked away. The car didn't look bad so I decided to let it go. I got into the car to leave and there was no key in the ignition. I waited another 5 minutes while they searched for my key. When I got home and took a closer look at my car in the sun I found multiple areas on the hood roof and side panels where the wax had not been buffed and was still hazy. The examination and buffing I had to do to complete the job took about 15 minutes of my time.
The car wash was up to the standards of any automated car wash I've been to but the extra money paid for the and quot;handand quot; wax service was definately waisted.

They do an excellent job. I have always been satisfied.
