The house sparkled !! (And smelled fresh and clean throughout) This was worth every penny and I would highly recommend them. Two people to clean for two hours, so I was trying to "triage" and give them a list of priorities and a list of things not to spend time on.  I was astonished that they did everything !! All the floors, the kitchen and wiping down all the appliances, the mirrors were all cleaned, the shower doors were clean and all surfaces were dusted, I had vacumed my bedroom already and told them not to bother... well they did bother and they cleaned it better than I had.  I cannot afford regular cleaning service, but I will regularly use them atleast when I have house guests or special occasions.

Merry Maids came in for bi-weekly cleaning for about six months. The crews who came were, in general, very nice and efficient. However, after the third time that we had to call them back to re-do something that had not been cleaned to our satisfaction, we decided to cancel the service. The main areas where we found their cleaning to be less than what we would have expected were the shower, dusting of light fixtures, and mopping tile floors.

The regular crews are very good.

I highly recommend them. They train their staff on how to clean the house and then send people. I don't have to get directly involved in supervising the people who clean. Merry maids do that job for me. They send two girls to work for an hour and a half. The ladies who come to do the job are very professional and down to business. There is not a lot of chatter. They don't waste their time. They are very efficient. I will continue using them.

Keith came out to bid the job. I went over everything with him in detail as to what I wanted done. One thing I wanted was ceiling fans dusted but he said the workers didn't do that. He seemed as if I was asking for more than the usual job with everything I showed him. Other than the fans I wanted kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, vacuuming, dusting. The first day the crew was supposed to be there at 8 AM. I got a call around 7:30 telling me the people didn't show up for work but that someone would be there at 1:00. Since I had the day off this was only annoying. If I had to be at work in the afternoon it would have been a problem. The crew came (3 people). They stayed about 2 hours total (what I expected). Things were surface clean and the house smelled nice. I was told by Keith that they would use some heavy duty cleaner (which I paid extra for) on the master shower. It didn't look any different to me. Another crew came the following Monday (on time) again 3 people. The house was surfaced clean. I guess I thought if I was paying that the window sills would be dusted and that other not-so obvious areas would be cleaned. They didn't do any better than I do myself so I have stopped using them.

Stay away from them! Horrible job. I am a rather neat person and do not expect people to clean as well as I do but unbelievable. They did not vacuum under any furniture (even the bed and I had moved all items out from under bed), the dusting was horrible they left smear marks all over the glass. There was even huge chunks of dirt and hair flung on the entryway wall! I called them to discuss and the manager showed up to look at the job (most of which I had already corrected as I had company arriving the next day after the cleaning) and sent another team back. Well, they cleaned and broke my Sonicare toothbrush ($120) and claimed they didn't. They would not pay for the repair or replacement.

They do a very nice job and, perhaps more important, we trust them in the house. They start at one end of the house, allowing us to secure the large dog in the other, and work their way to the opposite end. They've inspired us to tidy up the day before (we tend toward severe clutter; they can clean around it but if we clear the clutter they can clean the surfaces). The cleansers they use are environmentally friendly and there's the faintest clean smell when they are done. We used them once for window washing and will do that again periodically. They can also provide other services if you need them, like carpet cleaning or special cleaning of the refrigerator for instance. We have never had an unpleasant person come to the house. And sometimes, making us feel like our home is a fine hotel, they even put a little decal on the toilet paper roll, folding the ends to a tidy triangle. We feel very well cared for.

The maids were on time. It took them a little over two hours to do the work I requested. They did not clean under furniture except the bed. They did not vacuum my carpet. They did not complete the dusting. They cleaned around objects rather than moving them. A call to the company with detailed information about my dissatisfaction was not returned.

Two women came for 2 hours. I was working in my office, so I am not really aware of how they divided up the work, etc.

They were pretty good at the housekeeping. The bathrooms and the kitchen were cleaned in less than an hour. I was home from the hospital and hadn't cooked at all or used the kitchen, so it was a simple wipe-up and only one bathroom had been used. I had two women put away the folded laundry (which I'd done before going into the hospital), and hang up dry cleaning, bathrobes, and a few house dresses I wore while convalescing. That took them 2 hours. They gabbed and laughed and didn't stick to the project at all. I called the company and they offered another service call for free. I was so uncomfortable with their service and didn't want to have a "peat and repeat" of the same thing that I declined and chose not to use them again. So, they DO stand behind their promises, but at that time, it was more hassle than it was worth. However, they did do a good enough job on everything else (I use another service now that is outstanding!).

I am very pleased with their work. They were on time and had all of their needed equipment and supplies with them. They worked very hard for the entire 2 1/2 hours and got a tremendous amount done. Super job!

OVERALL THEY ARE A VERY GOOD AND RELIABLE COMPANY. THE LADIES DO A VERY GOOD JOB AND SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I NEVER NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THEM BREAKING ANYTHING OR KEEPING ANYTHING OUT OF PLACE.

THE PEOPLE FROM MERRY MAIDS ALWAYS MAKE ME HAPPY. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE, AND EVERY THING GETS DONE IN A DAY. I TRUST THEM WITH ALL MY STUFF, AND EVEN MY KIDS PLAY WHILE THEY CLEAN.

THEY WERE TWO HOURS LATE GETTING TO MY HOUSE. I HAD TO CALL AND FIND OUT WHY THEY WERE SO LATE. I WOULD NOT HAVE THEM AGAIN FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR A JOB.

THE TWO WOMEN THAT CAME DID A WONDERFUL THOROUGH JOB OF CLEANING OUR HOME. THEY SCRUBBED AND WAXED THE FLOORS, VACUUMED AND CLEANED THE CARPETS AND UPHOLSTERY AND DID THE KITCHEN FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GREAT. THE LADY'S WERE HARD WORKING. THEY HAD REASONABLE PRICES. THEY RESPONDED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY WHEN I CALLED THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

THE MAIDS ARE ALWAYS VERY CHIPPER AND IN A GREAT MOOD. THEY COME OUT ON TIME AND DO VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR A COUPLE YEARS NOW AND I WOULDN'T HIRE ANYONE ELSE.

THE MAIDS DID AN EXTREMELY GOOD JOB. THEY HAD MADE ME COMFORTABLE WHILE THEY WERE WORKING IN MY HOME. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY A COUPLE TIMES BEFORE AND THEIR SERVICES JUST KEEP GETTING BETTER.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY NOW FOR A COUPLE YEARS. I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE ME WITH. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND CHIPPER EVERY TIME THEY COME TO MY HOME.

THIS COMPANY COMES IN ABOUT TWICE A MONTH TO DO ALL OF MY HOUSEWORK FOR ME. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANY OTHER COMPANY BESIDES THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS VERY REASONABLE IN PRICE.
