Went to Meineke on a Friday to have an oil change (per employee an appointment is not necessary). Employee told me that they were short handed and overloaded...they couldn't do the oil change that day. However, if I came back on Monday morning, they would be able to do the oil change. I rearranged my schedule, took off work, and went to Meineke on Monday morning. I was told they probably wouldn't be able to do an oil change that day...they were too busy. Meineke sells the Auto Care Super Saver cards for free oil services but puts the customers on the bottom of priority list. Saver card was waste of money.
Description of Work: Nothing.

 + -1 moreThis shop probably has the least expensive oil change/maintenance package in the area. You can usually look online and find coupons. They are a basic shop that does good service, no cappuccino machines here. They usually have a race car in the parking lot to look at.
