MAYFIELD FLORIST

I received my first arrangement on February 11 and it was gorgeous. It is now February 22 and it is still beautiful. The roses and a couple other flowers have been removed but the remaining flowers and greenery are beautiful. I am attaching pictures taken Feb. 15 and Feb 22. Sorry I did not take an immediate photo.

I sent a sympathy floral arrangement to a friend on the east side (using the Tanque Verde Mayfield location) and selected one of their stock photos. What was delivered looked NOTHING like what I selected. It had half the flowers and was filled with ugly fillers. What I ordered was all white and they added ugly red filler. The only thing that looked the same was the vase. I am writing this review because I sent an email with photos of the picture on their website and one of what was delivered with an unhappy customer email and I never even got a reply. What lousy customer service. It's too bad that I have to tell you to STAY AWAY from this local business. They stink.

Be aware there is more than one Mayfield Florist in Tucson. The other one is pretty bad . Use the one on Tanque Verde.

It was excellent. The arrangement was beautiful. They were very pleasant to deal with.

When I visited my friend I noticed a very small, cheap looking arrangement that looked somewhat like what I ordered sitting on her end table. I was embarrassed, and apologized. I would not recommend this florist based on this experience.

I spoke with Nicole on the east side who was very helpful and courteous. She ensured that my package choice was stunning and would be delivered the same day. This was for a friend that was recuperating from surgery. According to her husband, the flowers I sent were the nicest of all the ones received (including the husband's).

I have been using this company for over 20 years. They now have three locations and I use the two locations on Tanque Verde most often. We refer out of town family and friends to use them when sending us something as well. The flowers are fresh and the service is excellent. The arrangements range from spectacular to charming. They are excellent in making sure your needs are met. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Their service can make the difference when planning your events. They've done funerals, weddings, and graduations. They've done Christmas arrangements to a fantastic level. I am not related, just love this business, the customer considerations, and care they give to me and to all their customers.
