 + 1 moreMatt arrived on time and did all the repairs and work I described and worked until everything was expertly finished, which it was.
Description of Work: Repaired dry rot in a patio support beam, installed 3 smoke alarms, repaired some drywall damage, fixed a broken tension spring in a window and made 3 trips to a paint store to get a perfect match on some needed paint.
