Simply put, wonderful. Martin’s provided a competitive estimate for the top rated equipment, clearly explained options, was prompt, professional, offered to do some work for me in my laundry room (and did it at no charge) and was finished with the install and clean up ahead of schedule. They were recommended by my next door neighbor and I am so grateful for that! Will utilize again and recommend to others,

He is fabulous and is very responsive. He explains what needs to be done and is mindful of cost and gives me options that are to my benefit if I want to wait on a certain repair. Everyone he has sent out has been great and I would highly recommend him.

The adobe walls were not factored into the initial unit installation. Martin's brought in an another unit, installed it at no cost to us for the additional labor/crane cost. It was a no stress, wrangling over this situation, that will keep us as customers and recommending Martin's AC and Heating. Very nice resolution.
