Our original contractor underbid our flagstone patio job and had to bale out. Mario provided a very very good square foot price to install an extremely high quality flagstone patio. He led, managed and also performed much of the hands on effort. The results are amazing. Those that have seen his finished work want him to tackle similar tasks now. Mario will negotiate a fair firm fixed price arrangement (labor and materials) with you and stick with it. He is also open to working for a flat daily labor rate (materials are of course your responsibility).
