I THOUGHT THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OVER WAS VERY POLITE, AND KNEW A THING OR TWO ABOUT RECLINER REPAIRS. HE GOT IT DONE IN ABOUT TWENTY MINUTES AND IT HASN'T BROKEN SINCE.
