Jen O'Brien was our agent when we moved to Tucson from Texas last summer. After interviewing several agents at different agencies, it was clear that Jen was the right fit for our family. She knows Tucson amazingly well and was able to help us with the transition. Jen was very responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about the market and ins/outs of buying and selling a house. Despite the fact that it took us 9 months, Jen's priority was always on helping us find just the right house. We may have at times felt frustrated, but Jen never was. In fact, when we had to cancel a contract early in our search due to flood issues, Jen was reassuring and helped us feel confident that we made the right decision (and after the recent heavy rains we're even more thankful). I highly recommend Jen O'Brien !

We had an exceptional experience. It was the easiest thing I've ever done. They will go above and beyond your expectations. They were amazing. They found many properties for us to look at, all the way through excepting deliveries for us when we were not available. The relator listened to us and found us what we wanted, not just what he wanted to sell.
