The Rental arm of Long Realty has some serious issues. Renter beware! We rented a home through Long Realty Green Valley Rental Properties in March 2023. We arrived to a dirty home, ripped screens, sinks that would not drain, tattered bath towels, non-flowing shower heads, running toilet and no gas for the gas grill. We notified the property manager the following morning. Our first morning we were asked to be there to let in a cleaner to re-clean the house. The hot water heater stopped working - we called the emergency number and 18 hours later we received a call back. The following day, we were again asked to remain home to let the plumber in for repair. Two weeks later, some of the plumbing repairs were scheduled and again we were asked to stay home to let the maintenance repair guy in. Slow response to our maintenance issues and some of these were identified by the previous renter. Green Valley Rental policy differs from most agencies charging you the total rental fee up front (1 year prior to rental in our case) a processing fee, removal of any trash and does not have the ability to place a lock box on the property for entry if you arrive after 3pm. As a property manager myself, I was not happy with the poor customer service, poor communication and substandard management of property.

I previously left a review in June of 2014 when this provider was listed under the agents name and not Long Realty. Since leaving the review, the name on this provider has changed to Long Realty and is not specific to the person I left the review for. My real estate agent, who has handled multiple transactions for me and my family for over a decade, is fantastic. I can not say the same for Long Realty. I will NEVER use Long Realty or any of their franchises ever again. The professionalism and integrity of my Realtor are not the values that I have experienced with Long Realty and their franchisee Oasis Property Management. Long Realty claims that they are not able to investigate any of the companies that have paid to be their franchisee and receive referrals from Long Realty along with using their logo and name recognition. Long Realty has made it clear that it does not care to hear any complaints and review PROOF that one of their franchises, who was recommended by Long, intentionally placed a criminal who could not pass a credit and background check in a residential rental that Oasis Property Management was paid to manage and most importantly screen tenants. I understand that my transactions are very average but I am disappointed that my loyal business with Long Realty and their franchises is not worthy of receiving the minimum of professional conduct and will receive no assistance when a Long franchise preys on the trust of a client.

It is so nice to deal with such a knowledgeable professional who can always be counted on to go above and beyond expectations. Linda Lou is a wonderful Realtor and person who is always a joy to work with. This is my third house purchase/sale that she has handled for me and I would give Linda Lou my highest recommendation.

Linda Lou came highly recommended from a friend but actually exceeded our expectations!  We visited Tucson in December 2012 to research the area for retirement.  We were not planning to buy - just check out the different areas and current real estate market.  Linda Lou was so personable and professional - she provided us with in depth information about the different areas of the city and showed us a variety of homes to give us a good overview of the Tucson area.  We never felt pressured - she completely understood that we had not made a firm decision to move to Tucson.  She worked within our budget and never tried to push us into a higher price range.  In order to retire early, we were significantly downsizing the size of house and price range - we still felt like we were her  only clients, which is amazing since she is a high successful, top realtor in Tucson.  
Although we were not planning to buy, we did find a perfect house and put in a successful offer that weekend.  From that point on, everything had to be handled long distance since we were out of state.  Linda Lou stayed on top of everything and guided
 us through the process with ease.  We were pleased with her referrals for mortgage, insurance, inspections, etc...  Most of all we felt comfortable trusting her with the extra details resulting from a long distance transaction. 
Throughout the entire weekend, we consistently saw how well Linda Lou was regarded in the real estate community.  Having recently been through the home selling experience in a buyers market, I have encountered many agents - most did not impress me and some really shocked me with their lack of ethics/respect.  I was VERY impressed that Linda Lou was always kind and respectful to everyone we encountered.  Beyond being a great agent, she is a great person and it was a pleasure working with her.

We worked through the web and email long distance while we narrowed down possible purchases.  The agent answered emails quickly and provided us with good information.  She spent 2 days with us as we narrowed down our choices when we visited Green Valley.  We are happy both with our purchase and satisfied with the price we paid.

We sold the house within a week.  We used Susie ten years ago when we bought the house we are in now, so obviously we went back to her.  She is just very efficient and obliviously we got the house within the right price range.  She looks at the house and the condition so both our houses that we sold were higher than the market price.  Susie has been a realtor for a long time.
