We started looking for a house in late December 2011. At the time the market in Tucson and where we wanted to buy was saturated with distressed homes. After five months of looking and 4 short sales that didn't work out; we stopped looking for awhile. Mark was with us every step of the way and when we decided to wait a little while he gave us breathing room. We resumed our hunt in late August and by soon found THE house. We've owned several homes over the years, but this was the easiest purchase ever!
