Lee Babis managed excellent contractors. Everyone was pleasant, professional and respectful. Project went over budget due to the surprised an old house provides, having to upgrade a sewer system, as well as electric company's newer requirements for upgrading. Any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently - including neighbor's concerns. also dog friendly!
