Terrible experience. We are still living the misfortune of dealing with this company. (They were referred to us by the pool builder from hell, so what else is new beside the play Mrs. Lincoln?) The father, Frank, is taking a backseat and semi-retired, and his kids are taking over the business. Jason was arrogant, impossible and unpleasant. Matt was a dolt who created more problems than he fixed. Actually, he didn't fix a thing. They do have a man working for them, Jim Pena, who is excellent! However, getting to him is all but impossible. We are STILL WAITING for "Josh" to schedule to come out and do warranty work. Dead trees, dead ocotillo, dead bushes. And we got some two for the money! Privet growing in my mock oranges and nothing but a mess. The waterfall they did was, and is a mess! They are awful. Follow-up is dismal to practically criminal. Trust me on this. They are WAY to cool for you! That is their attitude! You want to give them YOUR money? NO WAY!
Description of Work: Landscaping of backyard, adding of cactus to the front yard, and around pool area. Included are palms, fruit trees, desert plants, and citrus plants. They also did the waterfall.
