I’m very disappointed with this company. When I spoke with the owner Ryan, he quoted me $70 an hour plus $35 service call. However, he charged me $80 an hour for “diagnostics”, even though this was never mentioned in the initial quote. After one hour on the car (including a few test drives), the noise persisted and he indicated he would need about 30 more minutes to troubleshoot. I agreed to the time extension, however, most of this time was spent on the phone getting price quotes for the parts that he said I would need. And he charged me for his phone time too. Besides, the price quotes were overblown. For one particular part, he quoted double the price that my regular mechanic charges. Bottomline: I chose to go with my mechanic for the next service, hoping that this will solve the noise problem. The only reason I contacted this company was that my mechanic did not respond to my message in a timely manner and I needed the work (mostly lubing) done ASAP. Won’t ever come back.

I felt I knew what the issue was. I called and the person that answered was the person that eventually did the work. You should never trust an estimate over the phone. He gave me his rates over the phone and then he would come to my home to do the work for another charge. I realized I had already purchased a high pressure hose and I knew another mechanic had said the part could be a different price from one store to another. When he came out, he installed the stuff I gave him and it wound up that there was more to do with the repair than I thought. It was still leaking and I had to purchase something further and I was going to be charged additional. They never explained their policy, nor did they have anything that a normal company would have. Nothing about the company was on the receipt, no name address or phone number. The person I called said they explain all of this to their customers over the phone whom they speak with. They did not explain their policies.
