I like their service very much. I have no dislikes. I can make excellent recommendations for them.

9 yearsDealer provided all the serivces that he proposed. He also advised me that some items would be needed in the future. He is always prompt in the service provided and accurate in the services that will be needed in the future. He always provices me with a loaner vehicle when the service will be longer than I expected. I have used this dealer for 9 years and have always left with the expectations that my vehicle will be serviced in an excellent manner and the vehicle will be returned washed and vacuumed. I have not been disappointed yet.

They are courteous and friendly. They call you when your car is ready to be picked up. In my case, they always have a loaner ready for me. Many times, they washed the car before I picked it up. The only thing is they are more expensive.

The Lexus of Tucson service is really great. They do their job well and they were very helpful.

Their service is excellent and expensive, but I guess that if we have a Lexus, we are supposed to assume that. They can take my car anytime I call them.

Since we are not full time residents of Tucson, we were very concerned about having my car serviced at an unknown dealer. Given our apprehension, I went into the dealership prior to service date and spoke with service representative, Chris. Chris was professional and clearly understood our concerns. He offered a complimentary "trip check" on my IS250 where all the fluids and tires were checked since it would be a couple of weeks before my car needed 15,000 mile service. I was pleasantly surprised that not only was a safety check completed on my car but it was also washed and vacuumed. I made an appointment for the 15, 000 mile service for 3/15/12. Chris went over cost of service prior to work completion and estimated cost and time car would be ready. He contacted me about 2 hours later regarding service and mentioned car would be ready for pick up about noon. Car was ready on time. Price was correct with no surprises of add on service. Car was spotless once again, and runs perfectly.

The dealership knows this type of car inside and out so who better to repair and maintain them. I am not sure what an oil change costs because they allow me to bring my own special oil in. I would definitely recommend them to others in our community.

I like this place because they really cater to you. It may be a little more expensive than just a regular place, but I like them a lot. If they have your car for longer than one hour than they do give you a loaner car for free. The people are very nice as well.

Lexus of Tucson does a great job. We take both of our Lexus to them. We are completely satisfied and very happy with their work. They are extremely personable and we really appreciate that. Lexus really cares and you can see that every time we bring our vehicles in.

I also bought this car from them in 2002 and I have had no major problems with it. They are very easy to deal with. They are clean and they don't try to fix something that isn't broke.
