Good advice.

Service professional arrived within 5 minutes of last part of service window. He diagnosed the problem but could not provide information regarding replacement product (warranty, in-stock). I was told somebody would call me with that information. When I asked for a time frame for that call the service professional became defensive and said he could only pass on the information but could not tell me when I would get a call.

They were helpful and courteous and everything. I liked it because it was convenient and they were knowledgeable. I have no dislikes.
