They work with me all the time sometimes even wave the late fees, Kathy is really professional, will highly recommend them.. I see other people complaining but is probably the people that don’t pay their bills, I rented a house from them for more than 4 years and always made the repairs as needed. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL! the people in the office are just RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. It's like they are doing you a favor for even speaking with them regarding a property. I know they make commission on Property Management! The couldn't make much. Sometimes they answer the phone, most of the time NOT! Their website has been "SUSPENDED", AND plump one that is there, Kathy, does she EVER have a good day! or is she just mean and crazy and bitchy ALL THE TIME! i WONDER IF THE OWNER'S OF THE PROPERTIES KNOW HOW AWFUL THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER'S! I think it's high time they know!
