The service went very well. He gave us a years warranty on the plant and we just had to have one replaced, which was very good. They have been cooperative, and they have done a good job. He will be back out next week, to replace one of the plants that didn't make it. He is aware of it, and is willing to make the change. They charge by the hour. The quality of the work stands out.

My neighbors said the two men were gone in approximately four hours. Rick never came to check out the job. Since then, I have had four plants die that had been healthy for years. Rick came promptly when I complained. He said I had "grubs" in one case and he couldn't explain why the other two plants died. He did not offer to replace the plants. Later I discovered that many of the lines had nothing done to them, except to have the controls removed completely. The job they did was terrible and I am now having to pay to have their work redone. I also have to replace all the dead plants.
