Actually arrived a bit early. Took time to completely explain what they would do. Very neat and professional in all respects. Did an excellent job. Would definitely use again. Perhaps a bit expensive, but worth it for the quality and professional work done.

We have used this business for several years now because they are the best we've tried since we moved to Tucson, 11 years ago.  They are prompt, professional, friendly and do excellent work.  We use them twice a year to make sure the windows get a thorough and proper cleaning between our touch-ups.

This family team is terrific.  They are super professional, cheerful, and efficient.  They arrived on time, got straight to work, and did a great job.  I plan to have them come in 2-3 times year!

Not much more in details....definitely all the above remarks. We've had other window services and, although adequate, didn't have the ease and competence of these people.

Excellent job. Efficient, on time and thorough. Even though our screens are difficult to remove due to the shades (our last cleaners wouldn't remove them) they removed and washed all of them. Their finish product was superb! I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

They were punctual and very professional. Two guys came out and explained what they were going to do, they were in and out and did a quality job.

They showed up on time, went to work quickly after explaining some details. I know that my house - built in 1951 - presented some challenges with the windows and screens, and the guest house had a very dirty sliding glass door and small windows that had to be accessed from the roof. The windows really needed cleaning. Everyone was professional, pleasant and worked quietly and skillfully. The windows are sparkling. Better than new. I could not be happier. And, to top all of it off, they worked in very cold weather with some sleet. I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

I called Ladybug Cleaning and Sandy was able to provide me with an approximate estimate for the cleaning over the phone. Even with extra charges for high windows (above ten feet), I felt the price was very reasonable. I felt comfortable to then go ahead and schedule the cleaning right then, but Sandy said they were so busy that it would be at least three weeks out until they could get to me. When I explained that I was about to put my home on the market for sale and needed the cleaning done sooner, Sandy spoke with her crew (note: this is a family business, and they take great pride in their work) and said they could squeeze me in the following week! I was so thrilled.

Richard and his son came to my home and did all the cleaning while I was away. When I drove up to the house the next day, I could immediately see the difference. The windows were shining, they we so clean!

I cannot recommend Ladybug Cleaning enough for their professionalism and excellent service.

A trio of workers showed up mid-way during the their estimated time (a half-hour time window). The work? Amazing. They did the whole set of windows in less than an hour and a half. Polite, wore booties over their shoes when indoors, very careful even when moving small objects (like a portable phone) out of the way for cleaning. They vacuumed the channels and wiped down the accumulated dust from the sills. The windows are spotless. At this price, why did we ever wait? These folks come _highly_ recommended from this customer.

It’s a father and son business and they do a great job. They even cleaned the windows that I didn’t think they could clean. I have an old house and they made the old windows sparkle. The whole house got done as once. I saw their van in a shopping mall so I called them and it was very worth while.

A great job! They cleaned all of the windows in my home and it makes a big difference in the overall appearance of our house. Rob and Bob did a thorough and professional job and were nice too! I think that their prices are very reasonable and they finished the job in 4 hours. (It would have taken me 4 weeks.....) I will recommend them to my friends and call them again.
