We needed a contractor to build an addition on our house for my wife’s aging mother. La Casita Development’s bid was competitive, and they were able to start almost immediately. They completed our mother-in-law suite on time and on budget. Carl and his crew were very easy to work with. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend La Casita Development.

Most of the time they set outside scratching their head looking at the plans and when the job was completed there was so much wood left over from a shed kit a kit meaning all the woods cut and everything to be installed but yet I had so much wood left over I am so displeased with the job even on the raindrips were installed wrong and it was a kit and called for a certain amount of roofing tiles there was two bundles left over not to mention again all the wood that was left over from the kit as I inspected further just about every corner was skipped I am very displeased with La Casita development and will never hire them again for anything I paid them in full ask for a receipt and I still to this day have not received a receipt from them. I would not recommend them to anyone I shouldn't have paid them because I was not satisfied so much for Angie's list I trusted Angie's list to get me qualified people and I got some scammers I am so upset but what am I to do they did the work I had to

They showed up when they said they would, cheaper contractor, durable, and did a fine details.

The quality of work was excellent, fast, efficient, and they use quality products. They're friendly and easy to work with.

They were great and they were thorough. They keep everything neat and clean during the construction. The crew works hard all day long and I'm very pleased with the service.
