It was a tough job, but Brett got it done professionally and quickly. He was very friendly, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He was able to work around some difficult challenges that our old spa threw at him. His charge was very reasonable, particularly given the amount of time it took him. We were impressed and would highly recommend him!

Brad was a few minutes early which was awesome! He was extremely professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He replaced the pump on my spa. He double checked his work before he left to ensure there were no leaks. He was very friendly. When I originally called he returned my call within minutes.

I have an older Baja Spa whose heater went bad. I naturally went online only to find out that Baja is out of business. Quite by accident, I stumbled on Kutz Spa Service. After calling them I found out that Bret had worked for Baja for some 34 years. When it went out of business, he and his wife, Jill, purchased Baja's service building and parts inventory. After describing my problem, he gave me instructions on how to remove the heating unit, thereby saving me a service call. I sent it to him. The same day he received it, he called me back with a diagnosis. It wasn't the heating element after all, it was a less expensive pressure switch. I opted to have him replace both by way of preventative maintenance - and they are shipping the unit back to me the day after they received it! I got telephone calls, information and updates from an incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful couple. Their honesty and intent to do the right thing shines through their delightful contacts. I cannot possibly recommend them more highly. If you need Baja parts or service help, this is the only place to go.

We have a Baja Spa.  I had some difficulty finding someone who did repair work on Baja Spas.  Bret does.
Bret was very professional.  The job was done quickly.  He advised me that the impeller might become damaged while taking apart the pump, prior to starting the work.  He seemed very honest and a genuinely nice guy.  I will definitely use his services again if we have hot tub problems.
