Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Generally good experience. The craftsman that installed the cabinetry was excellent. I was disappointed that everything discussed in the planning stage was not included in the final quotation. Rather, several items were accidentally forgetten, adding unexpected expenses in the project. The disappointment was primarly that the general manager instantly blamed us for the problem rather than simply dicussing the situation. The added expense was minor, the irritation was not. Overall, the company did deliver everything as promised and although several weeks late, the job was completed. The caution - don't believe everything discussed will make it into the final contract. Whether intentional or not, errors were made.
