Our landlord arranged for Mr. Escobedo to come for the initial treatment when we were not home, so we did not have the pleasure of meeting him the first time. We were, however, very pleased with the fact that the cockroach problem resolved very quickly after his first visit. We decided to schedule routine maintenance visits just in case. We were able to meet him during his second service appointment. The service was prompt and professional, and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. He arrived on time and spent time talking with us about our concerns and answered all of our questions. He also took time to put on 'booties' so as not to track dirt into the house, which we really appreciated! I would highly recommend Kino Pest Control.
