THEY WERE EXTREMELY THOROUGH IN THEIR WORK. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE BEFORE THEY CLEANED THE CARPET AND THEN MOVED IT BACK WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE FAST. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT.
