Description of Work: I used Karen as my selling agent. She had my home appraised and provided me with a list of houses for sale in my development of Continental Ranch. We discussed various prices and agreed on a price to list the house. I was impressed in that she used a professional photographer to list my house. She made sure the photographer brought out the best details of my house. For example, I have a mountain view. She made sure the inside house photos displayed the outside views of the mountains. (ex. master bedroom showing mountains in distance). She did not include views of all rooms. For example she did not include two of the bedrooms, because there is really nothing to show but a square empty room. I did not want an open house, she had no problem with not having an open house. She was always prompt, professional and straightforward. It was a goo experience.
