Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates

Stay away from this company, they use the cheap parts that don't last and have terrible workmanship. We had parts incorrectly installed that caused multiple failures just a few years after the Kaiser installation. The repairs were nearly the price of the original installation because good quality parts were used for our repair. STAY FAR AWAY FROM KAISER GARAGE DOORS.

Great. Emailed them on Memorial Day and they called me Tuesday morning and gave me a 2 hour window for Wednesday morning. Service man arrived within window and replaced both springs within about 15 minutes. He was very efficient and thorough. Our garage door works perfectly now.

I called, they gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled me for the same day. The service technician showed up on time, was very professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Had a broken spring on my garage door; I called their competitor first, but they were way overpriced. I called Kaiser and got a quote from them in which the estimate was 600 dollars LESS (400% difference) then the first company I called. It took them 5 days to come out and fix the spring, (wishing they would had come out sooner, but not complaining with this price difference) The technician did a great job, very professional, honest, and quick! Would recommend again!

Phoned and received a fast estimate, and then scheduled installation for a couple of days later. Installer arrived right on schedule, and was professional and courteous. Installation went smoothly and the new opener works like a champ. Final cost matched the initial estimate. Highly recommend.

They did a very professional job. They were good to work with. They did everything we asked for them and when they said they would it. We are pleased with him and so we actually in the process of using them yet again and do another project.

They finished the job this last Friday. My initial contact with them was about two and a half weeks ago. They came out and gave me a quote and we had to go back and forth on a few options. The quoting process went well. They were busier than I hoped they were right now so I had to wait a while but it wasn't bad. They got out here and finished the job. Everything was good and I'm happy with the results. What stood out about them is that they are a local outfit and they've been in business for a while and I'm comfortable that they are going to be there if I need the service in the next couple of years. I had a minor job that I'd called on them before so I had a little bit of experience with them.

They started doing work in 2009 when they installed the gate and they were supposed to maintain it continuously. The last time they did the work was 9 months ago. It did not cost anything for they did not come. They are not organized, and do not have reactive response for emergency repair. Now, for a company that installed gate that locked you out, you need to have a service which comes and helps you get in. The gate is broken and they did not do that, in fact, they will give an appointment from 5 to 10 days later. I asked someone to come for the gate will not open and made me an appointment for the next week, so, how did I get in to my house? I forgot I had to take the gate apart myself. They have no provision for emergency situation. I will not use the company in the future. You might add that, when they have come to do repair work, it will only last for 6 weeks and then I have to call them again.

I submitted a request for an estimate to the top three garage door companies on Angie's List and Kaiser was the ONLY one to respond! Their estimate was reasonable, so they got the job. It was done quickly and professionally.
My only complaint is that, like every other garage door company, they do not paint the new door when they're done. This is a major pain in the you-know-what, since now I have to go find a painting contractor to complete the job. Come on guys, provide the complete service, please!

They were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The only minor complaint I'd like to voice is that most of the people I've spoken to on the phone are very poor communicators and not very friendly. But, everything was taken care of and completed on time. We are very happy with the look of our garage doors.

Called with the problem of remotes not working. Arranged a date. Technician came out and fixed the problem.

The technician had all the required material and performed the repair quickly. Garage door work great.

Chose the door. Got an estimate. Set a date for installation. Just before the date called to confirm. Was told the door not in stock, had to be sent from Phoenix. Waited about 10 days. New date set. Arrived on time. Installation completed in one working day. A few minor imperfections in the door framing (e.g., protruding nails, minor misalignments corrected by me in caulking/painting.) but sturdy and well constructed. Door runs nicely.

THEY GAVE US A LOT OF INFORMATION ON WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO BEFORE THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT. WE WERE VERY WELL INFORMED, AND WE LOVED THAT. THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY, AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.
