They were timely in responding, knowledgeable but did not try to sell me an opener since mine was still good. Installer was professional- good and on time. He even fixed my cracked remote on his own. He told us how to maintain the door. Pleased with look of door and it s operation.

Eric, Tony and Jason were fantastic! Very attentive. Very easy to talk to about what I wanted done and very accommodating! Took less than three weeks - others I interviewed wanted 6-8 weeks to get the job done! And the new gate is perfect! It’s beautiful! I highly recommend them above any other gate company in the Valley!

I recently had a solar-powered mechanical gate repaired at my residence. The Kaiser technician, Steve, showed up on time and did a professional job. His expertise was beneficial as he helped understand the problem and made me aware of other aspects of maintaining the gate mechanism in good order. He was very fast and efficient and I would recommend Kaiser to others for this kind of work!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! We replaced both of our old, worn out garage doors which were the originals to our 30 year old home. Salesman Billy was wonderful to work with and gave us various options in every price range and went into detail on the pros and cons on the build and construction of every option. He was prompt and courteous with all of our questions and returning our multiple phone calls. Installers Henry and Devin arrived at our home as scheduled and walked us through the installation process, answered questions, finished the work (they even worked late to finish the job), and then left the garage in spotless condition. Russ came out two days later to finish installing the decorative hardware on the outside of the doors that the original installers were unable to complete because it was too dark outside when they finished. All in all, Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates is an A++++ company in our book!! Don't hesitate to call them!!
