Excellent service!  It took us over a year to find the house we wanted.  Judi was patient, kind, and very understanding of the stress and anxiety that goes into buying a home.  She was always available for questions or to show us houses (and we must have seen three or four dozen properties!).  We were picky clients, and she professional and personable the entire fourteen months, always smiling and happy to see us.  When it was time for making an offer, she negotiated excellently on our behalf.  She had home/roof/termite/plumbing inspectors out all within a few days after our bid was accepted.  Then she renegotiated based on the inspections, getting us even more off the price of the house.  We also sold our previous property with her, and the people who bought were very tough customers, causing a lot of issues.  Judi dealt with them, and us, calmly and professionally, taking care of all of the problems that came up quickly and working very hard to get the deal closed.  She was compassionate yet professional during this stress-provoking time, her competency and kindness keeping things as smooth as they can be during such a major life purchase and sale.  I highly, HIGHLY recommend her as a realtor.
