JOAN REILLY

At work, I am a profession, I am focused and organized, in general on to of things. In my personal life, I am a flake. Joan kept me organized. When I lost the address of my home owners association, and needed it for paperwork, Joan had it. When meetings cause me to forget to fax a form, Joan called and reminded me. With both the purchase and sale of my house, she kept me on track when other things tried to derail me, making sure I made deadlines, and appointments. When I did not have time to get things done, she did them for me. I have friends that spent months searching for the perfect house, Joan found my perfect house before our first appt to look at houses, it was the first place she took me, and was patient enough to show me all the houses that were not perfect because I did not want to buy the only house I saw (in the end I did buy the first house she showed me).

Joan picked us up at the airport and drove us around, over and over for about a year. Joan wrote our offers, printed our contracts and forwarded site plans and architectural drawings to us in California. She followed our instructions to a tee acting on our behalf making it possible to buy our new home. Once the escrow was closed, she continued to insure all repairs were completed.

Joan is the consummate professional. She paid great attention to detail, always followed through, and went above and beyond what I expected from my realtor. The 2 houses I sold were appropriately priced and I got my asking price on both. The first was on the market one week, the second 2 weeks. Joan kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I can't sing her praises loudly enough!

Ms Reilly is thorough in her work, knowledgeable, on time, non pushy, which I appreciated a lot and a good listener.
