Everything went fine. They were good. They did a good job. They performed what they said they would do and I was happy with it.

I had used them before, with similar results in the punctuality area. Always quick to respond with an estimate, quick to promise a service at a certain date and time, and then never (maybe giving the benefit of the doubt rarely) showed up when promised. In this particular instance, I believe they showed up a day or two late, and performed the service.
When we came home, the yard looked good; there were some weeds obviously whacked down to a managebale, less noticeable height. The debris was removed.
Problem was in a few days, all the weeds that had been cut down were growing again. It was obvious none of the cut weeds were sprayed. I called to complain and was again, promised an appointment time which was missed. JMD did call me back, about getting paid, but made no mention of the fact they never finished the job. I had left a message or two with the owner, talked to him at least one or two more times, and then gave up, after they missed another promised appointment. I finally sent them a check along with a note that indicated and quot;I meet my commitmentsand quot;, even though the work was not completed satisfactorily. I would not recommend them nor will I use them again.

I would recommend them. I had them for four or five years for regular service, then I also had them for several different projects for me. My overall experience with them has been good. Their price was excellent. The quality of work was good. They were generally very responsive. They were very professional and punctual. I would happily do business with them in the future.

They did a good job. There was really no problem with them. They were removing some prickly peer and they did that fine and they also trimmed some trees that we have. They were very pleasant and came on time.

Excellent work. We have this company on a monthly basis as our landscapers and we are very pleased. They are always on time and they give us a reminder call before each visit. We will keep them. If you are looking for a regular landscaper I would highly recomment you consider this company.

They show up once a month. They call us before they come out to tell us what day they are coming. They are very friendly when I talk to them. The price is very fair.
