Unfortunately, it hasn't gone well because my car is already leaking fluids. Furthermore, I tried to contact the company to schedule a follow-up appointment, but it hasn't returned my call.

We have bought 5 vehicles from the Jeep dealership and every time we go we are always greeted and feel welcomed. The sales guy(Kevin), the general manager(Ted) and even the parts guy(Alfred) always says hi too. It feels like a small family. They get the job done faster now on oil changes with their fast lube. You don't need an appt but I recommend one so you are ahead of walkins.I highly recommend this dealership for not only selling you a car at a good price but also for their continued support after, that is where the true customer service kicks in. A salesperson and dealership can be nice to make a commission but still caring after that shows that true leadership comes from the general manager(Ted) and that he has a good team surrounding him.

They told my husband that it would be done by 3 but it wasn't done til 3:40. He was little upset about that. They left a piece of their equipment in the car so I've got to go and return that. They called and were very friendly about it.
