I ordered furniture from them and the legs on some of the chairs were wobbly. I called them to come out and fix it and when the guy got here he couldn't even fix it. He eventually fixed it but I don't think he could have fixed it properly if my friend wasn't here, he had to tell him how to fix it properly. I did have them come and put kitchen blinds up and they did a great job with that.

The blinds were good quality, and the installer did a good job. The problem arose because the returns for the blinds on the sliding glass door were missing. The installer put rubber bands on the valance to hold it in place. ONE MONTH LATER, I still have rubber bands holding the blinds in place, and I have yet to receive a single returned phone call from Penney's to tell me when, if EVER, this situation will be rectified. I have tried calling both the local and the 800 number, to no avail. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. After spending $3000 for blinds, I have rubber bands holding one set in place, and no one at Penney's cares enough to pick up a phone and tell me when they will finish this installation. In this economy, this isn't the kind of customer service that is going to keep companies in business. Penney's has lost a loyal customer because of what could have been an easily solved problem.
