JB Soria Roof & Building Repair

We had a roof leak a few months after we moved in to our home and used Soria because he did work and repairs for our home inspection. After $600 of repairs, he had to to return to our home a total of 4 times because the leak was never properly fixed and the ceiling damage continued to get worse and worse. The roof still leaks and Soria refuses to return our calls or texts. We finally had 2 other roofing companies come check the leak and were told that the work done was terrible. Instead of replacing broken tiles, Soria glued them together with what looked like tar. We now have 2 estimates for $2000 to fix the leak and everything that Soria damaged. DO NOT use him!

Terrible. Had new roof installed on rental property 4 years ago. It's leaked off/on since and he stopped returning calls years ago. Having a new roofer completely redo the roof correctly.

It was horrible. I have two leaks now in my house and he wont come and fix them. I have tried to contact him 4 different times starting in June. I talked with him one time and he said he forgot and would write it down to come out to fix it and have not heard from him sense.

Came Oct. 4 and did preliminary work, said he would return to finish Oct. 5.
  On October 5, owner came with worker.  He said he couldn't match color exactly but would put a different tile on temporarily, promising to return later in week to replace tiles with perfect match.
  When I greeted his helper, and helper was non-responsive to me, owner explained that helper did not speak English.
(Apparently he didn't understand English either).  I strongly suspected helper was an illegal immigrant and because of my questions, he did not return to replace tiles as promised.
    

I had a bad leak during a storm in one of my rental properties. John responded immediately and repaired the roof but the tenant did not want the repair done on the inside wall of the house because she would have to clear out some of her belongings. As soon as the tenant moved out he returned and repaired the affected walls in addition to other minor repairs I needed done before advertising the rental. The job turned out to be more elaborate than the estimate but John absorbed the additional hours and stayed with his estimate. He is returning tomorrow to replace a window for me. Even though he stays busy, he usually is able to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. John does quality work and I trust him to stand by his word and his work.

John is an impressive roofer with an impressive history in his craft. He is a man of his word and he charges a fair price for his services. He preforms quality work and one can expect a fair clear computerized job estimate that he will follow diligently. We only used him for roofing repair I would not hesitate to recommend him for any home repair that he says he is capable of. After so many disappointing job experiences and excessive charging by Tuscan repair services, Johns work ethics were refreshing.

It went well, with no problems. He did more than I expected him to do.
