I always do use them. I really like them. A day, only because I didn't have an appointment. I just dropped it off, and they called when it was ready. If you have an appointment, maybe an hour. It depends on what it is. I just didn't have an appointment. The workers are very nice and very professional. They explain everything they did, and explained what I needed. They were informative. They tell me what they did. Nothing to work on. They don't try to rip you off, and gouge you. They are very informative. They are upfront and honest. If something needs repairing, they will tell you. They make suggestions and recommendations.

Everything was beyond my expectation, I had quotes from competing shops that were as high as 2.6x. Jackie, the owner is extremely honest, fosters an environment as such, and runs a shop that communicates in a timely manner AND all believe in the value of work and honesty. I will miss the shop if I ever move out of AZ.

These folks are great. They kept us in the loop while they quickly determined the issue, they gave us estimates for further work and also discussed vehicle values with us. But that is just the beginning and not at all why Iand quot;m writing - their service is beyond amazing - briefly I'll try to explain: Because this was an older truck that we hardly ever drive, we decided not to get it fixed but to sell it as-is. When we mentioned this to Jacqui Harry, the owner of Jay Bees, she was incredibly gracious in letting us keep the truck at her shop for 2 weeks while we sold it.... she took on it herself to make inquiries around her network to see if anyone was interested.... sold the car for us with no effort on our part, and even provided the bill of sale and set up the notary to transfer the title!! In the end, she also knocked down the price for their services since she felt bad they didn't end up fixing it. Class act all the way folks.... If service excellence matters to you as a consumer (like it does to us) then you can't afford not to use Jay Bees for your auto service. Based on this experience we will never use another shop again for any vehicle.

it all started with a trip to Fletcher's for an oil change. They said there was oil all over the engine recently caused by a leak in the oil gasket which they would replace for $131. This sounded odd because others have said that the car is as tight as a drum, with no leaks. So i called Angie's and the rep highly recommended Jay Bee's.
It went great! Jacqui and Shelly are very knowledgeable and are happy to show the customer what they are talking about on the car. They inspected everything carefully and repaired little things that make a difference. Best was that they found a missing cap on the EGR valve and replaced it with a jug cap they had in the shop! This will probably end the intermittent engine light that has been coming on for weeks indicating a malfunctioning EGR valve!
Their driver Mo is very nice and will take me anywhere. There are several locations nearby that have wifi so spent the time that way.
They have a customer for life!

Great Job!!! They did the tune up cleaned the injectors and did and overall check up. They found out that my battery was going
out and recommended going back to Sears because it should have some warranty left. Went to Sears they sold me a $110 battery
for $35 My gas mileage has went up since the injectors cleaned and tune up by 4 miles per gallon.

Great Job!!!! We have a 67 Mustang 6 cylinder that was running rich and took a long time warming up.
We have had it in to another mechanic that said he tuned the car and rebuilt carburetor but it did not run right.
Jay Bees called us and said the auto choke needed a bracket and was not hooked up right. They put in the bracket
reset the timing and did and oil change. The 67 Mustang runs Great!! Excellent Job by Jay Bees Auto Service
Cost $130 what a deal

We were called every step of the way with updates. Even though the programming eventually had to be done by an outside specialist, the original quote was what we were charged. The van now runs better that it ever has, it has far more pickup, better gas milage and now, instead of selling it for a loss, we are joyfully keeping it.

These women are awesome!  My husband brought a truck to them that he wanted to buy.  They gave it a thumbs up, so he purchased it.  In a couple months, after some problems, Jay Bees realized that there was a crack in the engine block that they had originally missed, and they should not have recommended purchasing the vehicle.  They proposed a solution that was very fair and equitable.  I was so impressed with their honesty and integrity!  That is something so rare these days, especially in car repair!  We have been using them for about 5 years now, and they are always honest,reputable, fair and timely.  I couldn't speak more highly of this business!

Wow! Just...WOW! I am absolutely blown away and thrilled that I've found the mechanic I will be using for the rest of my life (God willing, they'll still be around until I kick the bucket). I just moved to Tucson a month ago and needed an emissions inspection in order to register my vehicle, but my and quot;check engineand quot; light has been on for months, so I knew I had to get that light off before I could take it in for the test. I called Jay Bee's this morning, fully expecting to be told they wouldn't be able to get to it for a few days because they have such a high rating on Angie's List, but not only were they able to get to it immediately, they also drove me home AND picked me up when my car was ready. AND, they got it done in time for me to make a doctor's appointment at 1:45! AND, they found and fixed the problem AND they only charged me $84!! AND, every single person there was as friendly as could be - just really, really nice folks.
I was royally ripped off by a plumber last week, and given outrageous estimates for several things I need done around my home by a couple of contractors, so I was starting to feel pretty beaten down in my new Tucson home, but in a few short hours Jay Bee's single-handedly restored my faith in humanity. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

These folks are awesome! I've been going to Jaybees for the past 12 years -- they're extremely honest and are the only mechanics I trust. You don't have to take my word for it, as they don't advertise -- their reputation is spread by word of mouth and they have more business than they know what do with.
They have an extremely friendly atmosphere and explain everything as patiently as you need. And for me who's not that mechanically inclined, that's huge.
Just to give you an indication of their attention to detail, the last time I had my car worked on, when I walked out to pick up my car, I saw one of the owners, at her initiative, open up the hood, and with a flashlight, give my car another and quot;once overand quot; just to make sure everything was done correctly (it was).
Jaybees is so trustworthy, whenever I bring my car, I just tell them to do whatever's necessary -- I don't even ask them to call me for any additional authorization.
One final note, you may have heard the expression: Do you want it done Fast, Done or Right? (pick any two) With Jaybees, it will be Done and done Right -- it my take a little longer than the and quot;quick lubeand quot; joint on the corner, but the peace of mind is well worth it!

They were excellent. They are honest and knowledgeable. Their price is fair as well.

I've been using Jay Bee's for a while. They do a good job, they're very thorough, they're always very helpful, and informative. I like that it's a woman owned business.

My dad has used them for years and years. He always takes his car there. They seem to be real trustworthy and we trust them. We will absolutely continue to use them.

Great experience. Left the state for a decade and came back to find JayBees is still here. I am confident that they continue to be honest above board and knowledgeable. I will always recommend them and also take all my vehicles there.
