Jack Furrier Tire & Auto Care

AC blew cold when I picked the car up.  Honored the advertised price, 45 bucks.

I have no problem with them. My experiences have normally been good. I trust them. They're convenient and less than a mile away from me. I don't go shopping for the best deal. I go shopping for my feeling that they're doing a good job. They call me by name when I walk in. They're responsive to anything I say about checking something in particular on the car or if I've heard certain noises. That's what I'm looking for and that's what I get there. They give me what I expect to get. I go to them because they're convenient and I'm satisfied with their price. It's reasonable. They point out things when they're doing the oil change, like I had an oil leak that I didn't know about. They're good at things like that. There's also things that they point out but recommend not to have it done right now. They'll tell me what's going to have to be done down the road. I know they're not pushing to do services I don't need. When I feel that someone has my interest at heart, I'll do business with them. If I drive my car in there and they say it's going to take more than about an hour or so, they give me a ride home and come and pick me up when it's ready.

They have locations throughout Tucson and just go to the nearest one. We have been using Jack Furrier's at Bear Canyon Road and ndash; this one location for all kinds of work, all auto servicing, starter et cetera the more complicated and extensive stuff. We have been very happy for the fact that Jack Furrier location stands behind their work so if the problem hasn't been corrected they will take your vehicle back in and correct to make it right. A couple of times I know the sounds really strange but they have been installed new parts and the new parts were defective so we called them back and they took the vehicle back and they determined really quick that the brand new part was defective and they just replaced the brand new part with another brand new part and they tested and make sure everything was okay and no extra charge. I seen them probably a month ago which is just servicing.

i used furrier on ina road, not this one. tie rods were replaced on front wheels and left loose. after apx 1,000 miles, outer rim of tires on front were totally bare and another mechanic put it up on rack and found tie rod bolts loose. we could have died in an accident. never use the ina road facility again. poor supervision.

These guys are great! I went there with a nail in my tire, they took care of me immediately while I waited, and didn't charge me a penny! They also removed the tire and applied a patch from the inside, as opposed to most places that just apply a plug from the outside. While I was waiting for my tire to be repaired, a lady came in who had an appointment in Phoenix and needed a new tire quickly because her problem tire was not repairable and she couldn't risk driving to Phoenix with it on the car. The store manager didn't have a replacement tire in the store, and he made phone calls to other stores and located a tire for her. I have had other positive experiences at this store in the past, and I wouldn't hesitate to enthusiastically recommend them.

They have always been good. I recommended them highly. They are very polite and professional. I can usually get in and out in about an hour or hour and a half.

I had originally had the problem looked at at Midas. They wanted about 300.00 more for the same work. Jack Furrier's had worked on it before and had worked on another car of mine and done a good job, so I took it back to them.
I will say, however, that the salesman told me that I could save 20% on the price if I applied for a Jack Furrier Credit Card. I did and when I read the fine print, I only got a $25.00 prepaid VISA card instead of the $120.00 off the price.
I would say, and quot;get it in writingand quot;. I was disappointed, but I will still recommend and use this shop.

They go out of their way to make sure that you're not disappointed. It's hard to find any store or shop that understands customer service like Jack Furriers does. And the price is a bit more than the cheap places, but in this case, it's true - you do get what you pay for!!

You have to wait. Sometimes, it can take a little longer than expected. They are very professional. I was in the waiting room one time and their was a lady that said she had been taking her car there for twenty years. I don't know a lot about their other services. I've only gotten my oil changed.

I needed four new tires for my car and decided to check with Jack Furrier's as I had been very pleased with a previous visit when they didn't charge me for fixing a flat on a tire I had bought elsewhere. What surprised me was what a great price they offered, almost $50 less than Discount Tires, and a price only about $10 - $15 more than buying from TireRack.com, once you included installation charges -- a real bargain giving that buying from TireRack, waiting for delivery, and then finding a place to install them is a lot more hassle. They always quote an out-the-door price, so there are no additional costs. Service was excellent. Employees were helpful, informative and polite. The car was ready when promised. I will definitely shop for tires with them again.
