I went in for a wheel alignment but the mechanic told me I didn't need one. They rotated the tires and my car drove great after that. They saved me some money. Honest people!

I purchased 4 new tires and had a oil/filter service with a slight extra cost for a complete inspection. I did this because I wanted to know if anything else needed to be done. Everything else ended up being fine. I was pleased with the work and overall timeframe to complete the work. I've gone to them a few times and always been pleased. They appear to be very popular in my area and can be challenging to get an appointment.

They are always great, give great advice and always try to work you in even on a busy saturday!!

This Jack Furrier's shop has only been exemplary over the past several years, in terms of their honesty and care of my cars. I brought my suburban in today, prepared to pay for a full brake job because it has been such a long time since the brakes were servcied and because of some symptoms I noticed. They promptly informed me that I had 50% life on my brake pads, and that the rotors did not need to be turned (which would have shortened the life of the brakes). They were true to their advertisement that brake inspections were free, and didn't charge me a thing. How many brake places are likely to tell you that there is no problem with the brakes, and charge nothing? They added some refrigerant to the A/C for me, and everything is hunky dorey. I am so happy to find a local auto shop that does good honest work...They are more expensive than some places, but I sure am happy to pay a premium for honest work.

I called ahead to find out what tires they had available and how much they cost. When I showed up an hour later, I was told that they were actually one of the brands tires I had been quoted on was actually at their warehouse and that I'd have to come back on Monday. To apologize, they gave me a 5% discount, but this hardly made up for the inconvenience of having to come back again another day. The other unpleasant surprise, this one after I had purchased the tires, was that they lost one of my hub caps and then denied it. They advised me I needed new hub caps anyway and offered to mount my new ones for free, but again, this hardly made up for the inconvenience they caused me. Other than that, the service was commendable.

I've been driving for 45 yrs. and have never felt safer on a set of tires.

I had bought Michelin Harmonys in Los Angeles, and what do you know, I drove over something that punctured my left front tire the first week in Tucson. I went to Aaron at the Jack Furrier location on First Avenue, south of Fort Lowell. I thought I'd need a new tire, but he said he could fix it. I left the car with him, went to lunch and had a friend run some errands with me. Aaron called and said it was fixed. There was no charge at all. He said the tire was not worn enough to justify replacing and that a puncture was not a problem to fix. I will go back when I need new tires.

The guys at the shop are very friendly and always do a very good job on the cars we take to them. They are the closest shop to our home because we live in North East Tucson which is very far away from the city itself so that is another reason why we use them all the time. Michael, who is the guy who does all the jobs for us on the cars, is extremely honest and has a very good name in town for that. The price he charged us was very fair and even a little low. I think it was low because of the break replacement and the fact that we purchased the brakes from him. I am very happy with the job and the price.

The work was done well overall. The salesman did not communicate my request to keep one particular tire over another to the technician, so I had to ask the technicians to change out one of the tires after all the work was done. I was also given a 2 hour time-frame for completion and it took them over 4 to finish. The sales staff was not overly friendly or helpful. For the quality and price, however, I would most likely return.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS OF THIS COMPANY. I THINK MY CAR HASN'T LOOKED THIS GOOD SINCE IT WAS NEW. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW.

WHEN WE GO THERE THEY NEVER GIVE US A TIME WHEN OUR CAR WILL BE READY. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AND DO IT IN A TIMELY FASHION, WE NEVER HAVE TO WAIT VERY LONG FOR OUR VEHICLE.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE TO MY CAR. ALL OF MY TIRES WERE BAD AND IT WAS TO THE POINT WHERE I COULD NOT DRIVE ANYMORE AND THEY GOT ME IN TO THE SHOP RIGHT AWAY AND HAD THE NEW TIRES ON IN NO TIME. THEY DID A GREAT JOB!

THE COMPANY HAS PERFORMED MULTIPLE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR ON ALL MY VEHICLES. THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVE. THEY WORK IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I TOOK MY CAR IN TO JACK'S AT 9 AM. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE DONE LATE THAT AFTERNOON. THEY HAD IT FINISHED AT 11 AM. THEY WERE PRETTY FAST. I WAS IMPRESSED.
