He came out, and "fixed" the leak. But the first time I turned it on it was leaking just as badly. Called him the next day and told him about it but he blew me off. Always said he'd come back out, and never answered my calls again

Great....Jack came when he said he would. Moved the hot tub from one house to the other and then came back to place it on the new concrete pad.

I would like to give him an "A" across the board. He charges per hour. He was very helpful. He went out of his way to get me a user's manual. His price seems like a fair price.
