Went well.  The costs matched the estimate.  They arrived on schedule and completed on time.  They politely dealt with the unkind remarks from my neighbor (who is the reason why I had the privacy slats and chain link fence installed.)  They answered all my questions or concerns.

There was a time lag of a few weeks after the fence was installed until the privacy slats were installed.  It was not explained, that they had to special order the slats in the size and color for my fence. 

The only misunderstanding was unintentional on either of our parts, and neither thought to mention it before the installation began.  Normally a fence is installed with the "pretty" side facing outwards or towards the street.  This  presents a nice picture from outside the property.  They installed the fence that way and therefore the supporting posts faced me, and the "pretty" side was facing an easement on 1 1/2 sides and two neighbors on the other 1 1/2 sides.  This was not acceptable to me, especially as the whole front of my property is open and the posts are clearly seen when looking at the home.  I asked them to switch the fence to be attached to the other side of the posts, so that the entire "pretty" side was seen from my side.  As this was extra and considerable effort, we negotiated an acceptable price to complete this task.

Finally, as the fence was installed during dry weather, there was dust on the privacy slats that clearly showed when installed.  I thought the fence should look new and clean when finished, and it looked good, but dusty.  They assured me that the first rain would wash them clean and shiny, or if waiting for the rain was not satisfactory they would come out and hose down my fence.  I accepted their statement and waited for the rain...and sure enough they looked clean and shiny afterwards, but I had to wait for the monsoons to come 2 months later.

In over a year since the installation and the fence remains straight and upright.  I am quite happy with it.

Went well - new gate is exactly as planned for the estimate he quoted. We had some design changes after his initial visit, but he could accommodate easily. He had some trouble with his internet and phone service at first, but he got that solved. Don't get impatient - they do good work.

All workers from the estimator to the workers were very courteous and kept us informed. They were the lowest bid and did quality work.

The entire job went smoothly from beginning to end. Conrad was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of fencing and I appreciated the advice and suggestions he made.
