Ian took care of us. He was punctual, friendly, and very professional. He gave us a great presentation on the available options. We decided to buy the product that was much more economical than we expected and the system was installed. He came for three training sessions with our pet, and came once to repair damage done to the wiring by our gardener. He was always prompt, efficient, cheerful, and professional. This has been a TOTALLY satisfying experience and purchase.

THIS COMPANY ORIGINALLY PUT IN AN INVISIBLE FENCE 6 YEARS AGO TO KEEP OUR DOG FROM JUMPING OUR OTHER FENCE AND GETTING OUT. EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN 6 YEARS, WHEN I CALLED THEM BECAUSE THE FENCE WAS NO LONGER WORKING THEY CAME RIGHT OUT, REPLACED IT, AND ONLY CHARGED $85.00.
