GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!We went with Intelligent Design because we knew that the installation is the most important thing with an AC purchase.  Andrew did a comprehensive check through the house during the estimate and had an excellent price for all the work that was to be done.  Also the certifications of the crew along with the experience that they require before hiring their installers was of great importance to us.  
The installation had some complications because of how many things had to be done.  The parts house did not have all the needed parts for the tankless water heater.  With that said the crew stayed late in the day and completed the job before leaving.  Also a spot was left on the carpet from one of the tarps.  The owner was very responsive to our concern about the carpet and has now scheduled for our entire house to be cleaned by a carpet cleaning company.  What great customer service.  Our new system is extremely quiet and much more efficient.  Also they added another 8 inches of insulation in our attic which allowed us to go to a smaller size of system and we have had no trouble at all cooling the house in the last week when it has been up to 107.  I was very skeptical about the size reduction but the engineering from Andrew gave us confidence and it is working great.  

I found Intelligent Design on a manufactures recommended companies web site along with other contractors from various manufactures.  When Andrew Dobbins the owner came out He was extremely knowledgable, and was the only one to provide the proper evaluation for correct sizing and have a solution for each of the issues that I was having.  He asked me questions to identify my problems and provided the best solutions to fix them.  I was leery about their ability to fix the problems as Andrew said they were going to but, I trusted them and went ahead with the work.  THEY FIXED EVERY ISSUE THAT I HAD.
The install crew showed up on time and were clean and efficient.  They preformed their job with excellence. The installers were extremely knowledgable as well and could handle all of the tasks assigned to them  (HVAC, sheet metal, electrical, roofing, and plumbing).  No mess was left behind.  
After the completion of the installation Andrew called me to make sure I was happy with everything and then made a personal post install visit to my home to inspect and make sure I was happy.  I couldn't be more pleased with Intelligent Design.  Great price for the comprehensive amount of work that they did.  I highly recommend them.

I live in Saddlebrooke.  My wife and I purchased an activated carbon filter and air scrubber type filters from Andrew Dobbins of Intelligent Designs.  We met Andrew at the Home Show at TCC.  Andrew was a very professional and knowledgeable young man.  Living in the desert, a primary concern that we had was dust.  Thus the activated carbon filters.  Secondly, my wife has asthma and we both have allergies.  Thus we bought the air scrubbers.  My wife had a single room air scrubber and now we have a full house.  As to the installation of the products, we couldn't be happier.  Installation dates were made to our convenience and the installers were aways on time.  I recommend Intelligent Designs and Andrew for any of your heating and air conditioning needs.

I am very pleased with this companies service and installation.  I had gotten multiple quotes.  I chose Intelligent Design because of a competitive price and excellent service.   The estimate was very detailed and comprehensive. The other company said there were things that needed to be done that were not necessary.   Andrew Dobbins the owner was honest with me about what I did need.  I highly recommend using this company.

Intelligent Design was outstanding when we had new cooling and solar installed.  We have been looking for a replacement furnace and A/C unit for a long time and decided to get solar at the same time.  We got two other estimates for solar before talking to Andrew of Intelligent Design.  Andrew was able to provide a whole package and address all our concerns and issues taking into consideration our specific needs.  The installation of the furnace and a/c was without a hitch.  The workers were knowledgeable, polite, clean, and efficient.  They came on time, completed all the work as specified, and left our home clean.  I would definitely recommend Intelligent Design to my neighbors and friends.  As a matter of fact, I have already shared our experience with some of our neighbors who are looking for similar equipment and services.  The equipment itself is working great.

Major.  I was referred to Intelligent Design by a friend since my AC and Heating system in my house was getting older.  Upon contact with them they did a complete survey for sizing and analysis of the home and my needs to make sure to find out exactly what I wanted.  Upon completion of the survey they provided 3 system options based on what I said that I wanted and provided 36 months no interest financing.  The install crew and craftsmanship was fantastic.  The complete product is amazing.  Also they provided me with a preventative maintenance package.  I couldn’t be happier with the company professionalism and quality.
