I sold my home. I gave all my trust to this man this is a 3rd party buyer that flips your home then sells it. I originally signed contract 6/2018 the house didn't sell until January 2019. I sold my house as is. all I wanted back was $15,000 I didn't want to pay closing costs and the money had to be paid by 9/30/18 he paid me $12,000. My ex husband had to sign a quit claim deed even though the divorce decree states it belongs to me. My ex husband did not want to sign unless he was paid $1,000. I did not agree to this. Mr. Aparicio paid my ex husband $1,000. September came and he never paid me the money he said he would, which went down to $1,600. he even tried to to deduct money for buying appliances for the house because I took those during court which ended up being $800 something... the house was sold as is just the house. In January I finally took him to court the judge granted me $3,000 plus court fees, plus 6.5% interest. he still hasn't paid me. now he says I lied in court. and isn't going to pay me what the judge says he should.... beware... He seems legit but his integrity is a shame
