Ceramic Tile Service
I hesitated for a few months writing this review as there is nothing good to report on this company. I bought Brazilian Koa wood from
Lumber Liquidators and asked them if they used any particular installer and they said Image Flooring so I thought that I would use
them as the wood installed at the showroom was beautiful. The display was installed by the owner of the company himself, so of
course it was done correctly. I went ahead and paid the $3.75 sq. ft. The job was 820 square feet.
The morning of the start of the job two young men showed up to do the work one of whom did not speak English. both of them
appeared to be teens or early 20's.Some of the boards that they tried to put down were torqued and didn't stay in place so they had
to take them up. When they did they layed the boards on the carpet and got glue on the carpet.
When they finished I asked them to clean up the mess and get some of glue off of the wood. They halfway did, but there was still
glue on much of the floor so I called them and asked them to come back. The next morning the same two kids showed up. They
came in and started cleaning up some of the glue on the wood flooring and in about an hour they left. I drove down to Lumber
Liquidators as strangely enough Image Flooring has an office there. I complained about the poor cleanup job and they gave me a
bottle of glue remover.
So the end result was that I still had glue residue in several places and four spots in my carpet. I have been cleaning them as I see
them. The spots in the carpet are still there. I would never use them

Ceramic Tile Service
The process took 4 days and included removing old carpet and repairing the foundation. There were more problems with the foundation than had been anticipated, it was cracked and uneven in places. Repairs created a lot of dust and not enough protection for furniture that was being moved around. Providing dust cloths should be part of the service. The workers were subcontractors and worked hard, were polite but could have done a better job cleaning up. I ended up taking pieces of discarded carpet and pads to the dump myself.

Ceramic Tile Service, Flooring
On day three I found two boxes of my tile in the back of the installers truck under some trash - he stole it from me. Neither the installer nor the helper admitted it, however the owner removed the installer from the jobsite per my request. His new installer was incredibly slow and his work was less than average. I have removed and replaced about 20' of grout joint so far, with more becoming necessary over time. There are also some hollow tiles from the second installers work.
